Eh hem, I'd like to interrupt these messages with one of my own.
I'm pleased to announce that Fat has left the gym in a storm of sweat and heavy breathing... This is what my dear Denice said to us today in Boot Camp. While 60 women (only 1 man braves this class each week) are at their respective stations--football-drill types mostly, and running stairs, and doing lunges so long your spleen hurts--she always says fun and crazy uplifting things.
I really liked today's.
So, if you're needing some upliftment in your daily gym outings, just remember, that your Fat has left the building.
Too bad it doesn't leave in black leather pants and a guitar, right?

You're so cute! Way to kick some butt, I'm so proud of you!!
Um...are we ever going to hang out? Because we keep saying we're going to, and then we never do. We better get our butts in gear and do something about that. It's been too long!
