Last night a dear friend H came to my house so I could feed her after a hectic day at work, and she told me what she needed for Christmas. We have been discussing this need for a few weeks now, and I loved that she made it known that "I could take care of that for her." Of course, I am happy to oblige this need and already have a few things in mind for said gift. Done and done. One Christmas gift down, 5 billion more to go. This one is easy... I know she NEEDS this gift, and with that special Ashley touch, I know it will be appreciated for her entire life.

My parents and family have always been fans of purchasing items and gifting items that people NEED in their life, not just want or will clutter a room. I'm a fan of this and try to do the same.

So... with this thought in mind, I thought I'd make it easy on anyone needing to know what I need this Holiday season. :) Just in case you need this list, here you go. If you don't, just continue reading for a quick laugh for your Monday morning. What do YOU need this Holiday season? Do share!

Ashley's Christmas Need/Use-in-my-daily-life List

{ Gym socks }

(The ones from Costco, ankle socks, "kb" brand or something... white socks, with the colored ankle lining)

{ Oil Changes }

(I have a 30-minute round-trip daily commute/50 miles daily... these oil changes come around waaayy too often)

{ Movies & Books }

(Who doesn't like to get movies and books? I'll have more time to read them next semester. Hurray!)

It is my goal this year to read more books by the Apostles & Prophets and, of course, continue my love of the Classics.

(I have a Canon XSI... I haven't looked into these much, I just know that I need them to keep my photog stuff growing.)

{ Costco }

I shop for groceries in bulk at Costco on a regular basis. Milk, bread, veggies, fruit.

Music is like a breath of fresh air in my life.

{ Make-Up & Items }

Foundation: MaryKay Ivory 204 (I think that's right...)

EyeShadows: Whatever is on sale and looks good on me

LipGloss: Victoria's Secret tubes (The light pink shades are my fav)

Perfumes: I have perfume crushes on Bath&BodyWorks' "Rainkissed Leaves" and MaryKay's Purply/Blue bottle of perfume

{ Skincare }

I use the following Skincare items on a regular basis:

FaceWash: St. Ives apricot scrub

Moisturizer/Acne Treatment: Neutrogena Acne Control 2-in-1

Moisturizer: MaryKay purple pot, don't remember the name
